As some connections grow, others are challenged as love and friendships are put to the test. One Shipmate is forced to make a fateful decision that rocks the Chakra and sends one unlucky lover overboard.
Love is in the air in the wake of the first dramatic Plank Ceremony, but choppy waters are in the forecast. The Chakra is flipped upside down when Gabby introduces the first challenge, resulting in new Topside couples, new Downside crew and one scary close-call. Happy Hour sees connections deepen and new love triangles form as the Downsiders seize their opportunity to make it to the Topside. Sofia puts a scheme in motion to change her fate by pulling a fast one on an unsuspecting Topsider. But the walls are thin on the Chakra, and word of Sofia's plan quickly spreads. The result is the most dramatic Plank yet.

As the voyage for love nears its destination, Gabby's announcement sends waves through the Chakra, as the couples fight for one of the five spots onboard. After pleading their cases, the Shipmates meet their fates at the biggest Plank Ceremony yet. The remaining couples share romantic dates on shore. While some connections grow, others are challenged when surprise visitors from back home arrive in Malta to grill the Shipmates.

The remaining couples return to the Chakra following overnight dates that brought them closer together, but also raised new questions. In the final challenge, the Shipmates go head-to-head in a battle of secrets and lies as they desperately try to avoid the plank. Familiar faces return to hear the couples plead their cases and vote for a winner, but not before getting their own last shots in. In a dramatic final Plank Ceremony, the first ever winners of Love Overboard are crowned.
