Scope

MySubtitles provides a website and a browser extension to show dual subtitles and, in the future, optional AI features (OCR/ASR/translation). We do not host or distribute copyrighted video/audio.

Your responsibilities

• Comply with the terms of the streaming services you use.
• Use AI features only where permitted and in accordance with the law; do not circumvent DRM.
• Do not abuse the service or impair others’ use.

Subscriptions

A paid “Pro” plan may unlock advanced features and remove ads. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation details are disclosed at purchase. Unless legally required, fees are non-refundable once a cycle begins.

Advertising

We may show ads on the site. Pro removes ads. If we use third-party ad networks (e.g., Google AdSense), those partners provide content and may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content. We aim to keep ads respectful and non-intrusive. Frequency capping and consent controls may apply.

Intellectual property

The service software and brand are ours. Third-party libraries are used under their respective licenses. You retain rights over your content and preferences.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE.

Changes

We may update these Terms when new features (e.g., AI modes, ad networks) are introduced. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
