Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Deletion permanently removes your profile and any cloud-stored preferences/favorites. Local subtitle preferences saved in your browser are under your control; you can clear them in browser settings.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us from your account address at support@mysubtitles.app or open a request on the Support page.
  2. We will verify your request and confirm deletion.
  3. Backups and logs are cleared within a reasonable period (typically 30–90 days).

After deletion

Your account cannot be recovered. You can re-register with the same email, but previous data will not return.

Support
